CDBG Programs

Are you a business owner who wants to save money on training costs and provide meaningful employment to a quality, committed employee? You can when you work with The Campbell Center! With a newly funded Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), the city of Glendale is subsidizing costs on labor to help alleviate some of the challenges of the pandemic. With this program, we can help save your business thousands in training costs.

How does it work?

The City of Glendale is subsidizing a portion of prevailing wages for until June 2022 as part of their pandemic relief response. The program is best suited for small or mid-sized businesses seeking to fill positions in retail, food service, stock, and janitorial work.

Employment for our Associates is not just about the paycheck; it gives them a routine, independence, and self-satisfaction.We want to give a special thanks to the city of Glendale for prioritizing businesses and helping get our Associates back to work!

Their support of TCC means building a stronger, more diverse workforce as we emerge from the pandemic.
