Please join us in congratulating David Fields, TCC Executive Director, as we announce his retirement from The Campbell Center. Throughout his tenure as Executive Director, he made significant progress in turning a chapter in the organization’s history. His dedication to TCC cannot be understated – he led us through a historic pandemic and kept us all on the path to success.
As a natural fundraiser, David excelled in his role. Through his leadership TCC has developed a fundraising strategy that will insure the sustainability of our programs. He also led the redesign of TCC’s website and launched an active social media marketing plan that has further extended our presence. David’s networking skills and commitment to our community have solidified The Campbell Center’s place and grown our visibility.

If you’ve had the pleasure of meeting or working with David, you will know he is an incredibly kind, committed, and humble person. We are so grateful to have such an exemplary Executive Director for the past two years.
And not only is he a great leader who steered the organization in a new and exciting direction, but he is also beloved by our Associates and staff.
The role of Executive Director will be filled by current Deputy Executive Director, Nancy Niebrugge. She will take office in early September.
As for his plans in retirement, David is excited to spend more time with his grandchildren, tend to his garden, and learn to play guitar. You may even see him at future TCC events.
David, thank you for all your hard work and leading our team and our Associates to be the best version of ourselves each day. We will truly miss you.
