Planned Giving

Have a loved one enrolled in one of The Campbell Center’s programs? Do you want a way to ensure that your loved one’s future will be secure? Did you know you can provide for your own financial security and also help The Campbell Center continue with its mission to provide adults with developmental disabilities life-enriching opportunities? Planned or Legacy Gifts are a three-way winning proposition beneficial to all involved – you, our Clients, The Campbell Center.

Planned Gifts to The Campbell Center can be made in a number of ways, some during the lifetime of the donor, thus offering immediate value and satisfaction, others as part of an estate plan.

Existing Life Insurance

Designate a life insurance policy naming The Campbell Center as a beneficiary and receive a charitable deduction for the cash value of the policy.

Include The Campbell Center in your will and help not only benefit the organization but also reduce your estate taxes. Fixed amounts, specific assets, or percentages of the estate may be specified. You can also name The Campbell Center as recipient of the remainder of your estate after all other expenses and specified contributions are met.

You can establish a form of a charitable trust and/or annuity that provides you with a fixed or variable lifetime income and simultaneously help you receive a charitable deduction and benefit The Campbell Center.

Real Estate

Donate a home or real estate to The Campbell Center and you can enjoy the benefits of ownership for life and realize a charitable deduction immediately.

The Campbell Circle

The Campbell Circle was created to recognize individuals who have remembered The Campbell Center in their estate planning. Annually, we recognize the individuals who have named The Campbell Center as a recipient of their planned giving, wills, and/or bequests. We would like to invite you to make an investment in The Campbell Center. By doing so, you will become part of this elite Society and will ensure the future of The Campbell Center and our Clients.

One example of this is the Betty and Jim Bishop Endowment Fund established through the Glendale Community Foundation. In 1998, Jim Bishop established an endowment fund in memory of his wife, Betty. Jim said he wanted to leave a lasting impression in Betty’s name for many years to come. We are grateful to Jim for remembering The Campbell Center with this endowment. It is a wonderful gift that will continue to support our organization and achieve Jim’s intended purpose for the endowment.

The above information is general in nature. Before making any decision, please consult with your attorney and/or financial advisor. A gift to The Campbell Center becomes “The Gift That Keeps On Giving” by prudent investment of the funds entrusted to it.
