Supported Employment (SEP)

Our SEP Team helps Associates search, prepare, and get through hiring processes. Then they give on-going support to help Associates be successful, proud employees at local businesses.

SEP Steps for Employment Success Meet with Associate to create and work through plan for employment. Research jobs they desire, find and get skills needed to be successful. We offer computer classes for online job search and office email use. We help Associates find employers, manage their job search and ace job interviews with practice. When needed, we offer professional behavioral support so Associates build needed skills, like communication, time management and working well with other people.
