Supported Employment (SEP)

Our SEP Team helps Associates search, prepare, and get through hiring processes. Then they give on-going support to help Associates be successful, proud employees at local businesses.

SEP Steps for Employment Success Meet with Associate to create and work through plan for employment. Research jobs they desire, find and get skills needed to be successful. We offer computer classes for online job search and office email use. We help Associates find employers, manage their job search and ace job interviews with practice.

Program Impact

Here’s a great success story from our Associate Aren! After years of working in TCC’s workshop doing very simple tasks by hand, he’s now an employee at a local manufacturer running sophisticated labeling machines and tackling multi-step assembly of specialty products.

We have used The Campbell Center Clients for many years to clean our office.  Not only is it an opportunity provide work to developmentally-disabled adults, the job they do for us is excellent and they are very efficient.  Our staff has enjoyed getting to know the workers over the years and we look forward to seeing them each week.
