Our Community Integration program is often the first step. We help adults of all ages who are not able or not yet ready to seek employment the opportunity to volunteer, take classes or participate in various local activities. Our Support Specialists identify various opportunities, plan and supervise outings based on personal choice, then coordinate transportation and arrange scheduling. They guide our Associates on how to stay safe, nurture peer relationships and interact with others, as well as provide opportunities for self-expression and personal discovery through the arts and community classes.
The Campbell Center uses Person-Centered Planning (PCP) to support our Associates to take positive control over their lives. Through our Person Center approach, our Associates can drive their desired outcomes by identifying their personal strengths, goals, and community-based needs. In our planning conversation, the Associate can choose who in their support circle can participate in growing their plan. Lastly, TCC is committed to continuous learning through Discovery skills and Person-Centered Tools that increase the likelihood that our Associates are on their chosen path toward a life they value.
