If you have a loved one or know of someone with developmental disabilities who can benefit from The Campbell Center programs and services, here is what you need to know: All Clients need a referral from their local Regional Center to be considered for enrollment by The Campbell Center and Clients need to be over 18 years of age to be eligible.
